INGREDIENTS

50ml Whiskey - West Cork Black Cask

100ml Almond milk

15ml Honey water

2 scoops of Salted caramel ice cream

HONEY WATER

400ml Honey

100ml water

METHOD

Add Whiskey, almond milk, honey water and salted caramel ice cream to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Finish with nutmeg.

Add all ingredients to a saucepan on low heat for 2 minutes. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
