Our West Cork irish whiskey is distilled, matured and bottled on-site and sells in over 70 countries worldwide. Each bottle is triple distilled, non-chill filtered and carefully crafted using the finest of local ingredients.
GIN
Garnish Island Gin is crafted by one of Ireland’s few female distillers, Deirdre Bohane. Distilled in a custom, hand-made copper pot still, the gin takes inspiration from the lush gardens of Garnish Island off the south coast of Ireland.
VODKA/GIN
Two Trees is a triple-distilled, charcoal-filtered artisanal vodka produced from wheat. It’s a small batch spirit that offers softness and warmth. Expect peppery spiciness and a harmony of sweetness and citrus following closely.
